Muhammad Naim Bin Fital

Mr. Naim Fital has been called to the Bar in 2017 after finishing his pupilage under Mr. Ashmadi Othman at Messrs Zulpadli & Edham, KL. Prior to that, Mr. Naim has been offered to work as Legal Assistant at Messrs H.S.Dhillon & Co., KL focusing on running down matters especially in personal injury.
In 2020, Mr. Naim set up his own practice under the name of Messrs Naim Fital & Co., KL.
A shariah law graduate, Mr. Naim also familiar in giving shariah advice in addition to his vast experience in litigation.
Mr. Naim is a Kolej Islam Sultan Alam Shah (KISAS) alumnus.
Adib Ashman Burhan Hj. Burhanudin

Mr. Adib Burhan has done his pupilage under the tutelage of Mr. Fadly Zakariya of Messrs Fadly Zakariya, KL and has been exposed to civil litigation matters including personal injury, medical negligence & debt recovery. Mr. Adib has been called to the Bar in 2020.
After completing his pupilage, Mr. Adib has been offered as Legal Assistant at Messrs Hasnal & Partners, Putrajaya and then being promoted as a Partner at the same firm in 2021.
In 2022, Mr. Adib has entered into a partnership with Mr. Naim Fital thus, the establishment of Messrs Naim & Adib. Mr. Adib himself spearhead the Estate Administration, Real Estate, Corporate & Commercial department.
Mr. Adib is a Malay College Kuala Kangsar (MCKK) alumnus.
